Our Australian Team spent countless months developing the LightSpeed Lift App for users both in clinics and also for home use also. 

HOW DOES THE APP WORK?

The app has a number of functions to assist the user however the primary use of the app is to enter your personal details so that you can determine the percentage of body lift you can get from each level offered on each lightspeed lift.

WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER?

Once you have downloaded the app you will be required to enter your details. These form part of an equation to determine the percentage lift on the specific model you are using. The things you will need to enter:

1. Username (make sure there is no spaces in your username)

2. Weight

3. Hip Height from Ground (with your running shoes on)

4. Treadmill track height from ground

5. Password

Once these are entered, you then follow the instructions to select your % body weight lift and then the model and you are all set. 

WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY PERSONAL DATA?

The data you download to your phone is not stored anywhere. This is not collected by our company. It is your personal information on your phone to assist you with using the lightspeed lift.
